These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter "Player", "You", or "User"), and Alpha88 (hereinafter "Alpha88", "We", "Us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://alpha88.cam and all associated services, products, games, and functionalities offered thereon.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, depositing funds, or placing any wager through Alpha88, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any applicable promotional terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Alpha88 platform and close your account by contacting our customer support team.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to and use of Alpha88 is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements. Registration is strictly prohibited unless all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Alpha88 operates a strict minimum age policy in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting services in the Malaysian market.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of a third party.
• You do not already hold an existing active or previously suspended account on Alpha88. Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of Alpha88 or any affiliated entity, nor are you a close family member of such a person, unless specific written exemption has been granted.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of Alpha88 services, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of all information provided at registration and at all subsequent updates;
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username, password, and any security credentials;
• All activity conducted under your account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Updating your personal details promptly if any registered information changes.

Alpha88 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close an account where there is reasonable grounds to believe that registration information is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Alpha88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Alpha88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gambling and anti-money-laundering obligations. All Players must successfully complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or copy of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits, confirming ownership;

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible form. Alpha88 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Alpha88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC at any time, including for existing account holders where circumstances warrant re-verification.

Alpha88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and select cryptocurrencies (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH, BNB).

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposit methods must be held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — whether from another individual's e-wallet, bank account, or payment card — are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Players are responsible for confirming current limits before initiating deposits.
• Alpha88 does not charge deposit fees from our side. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own service charges, for which Alpha88 accepts no responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain network confirmation requirements. Credited amounts are calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt. Alpha88 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
• Alpha88 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit and to delay or reverse a deposit credit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, chargeback risk, or compliance concerns.

Players may submit withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved prior to the processing of any withdrawal;
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the Player's account must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable;
• The withdrawal must not exceed the Player's daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits applicable to their account tier;
• The account must be in good standing — no pending investigations, disputed transactions, or flaged activity;
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where the original method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method may be used.

Indicative processing times are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: typically 5–30 minutes;
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, FPX): typically 1–3 business hours;
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH): typically 30–60 minutes, subject to network congestion.

Alpha88 does not impose withdrawal fees from our side for standard transactions. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may incur network (gas) fees that are deducted from the withdrawal amount. Alpha88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

Alpha88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. The acceptance of any bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific terms applicable to that bonus, which are published at the time of the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any winings derived from bonus credits become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in individual promotion terms;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. They may not be exchanged, sold, or transferred to another player account;
• Bonuses may be used only once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Alpha88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, reverse any winings derived from a bonus, or close an account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities;
• A maximum withdrawal cap may apply to certain bonuses. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonuses expire after a defined period of inactivity or non-fulfilment of wagering requirements. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited without notice;
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only upon first deposit and may not be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated.

All bets placed on Alpha88 are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted and settled in MYR at the odds or game outcomes applicable at the time the bet is placed or the game round concludes;
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player, except where Alpha88 explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-edit functionality for a specific market;
• Alpha88 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the conclusion of an event or game round, where the result was knowable at the time of placement;
• In the event of technical malfunctions or software errors affecting game outcomes, Alpha88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. No claims for expected winings will be accepted in such circumstances;
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per account. Alpha88 reserves the right to impose bet limits on any account at its discretion;
• All sportsbook odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet. Late bets placed against significantly mispriced odds due to data feed errors may be voided at Alpha88's discretion;
• For live casino and slot games, results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes as applicable. All game providers are subject to independent testing and certification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Alpha88 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or using systematic strategies to exploit promotional offers in a manner not intended by Alpha88;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game;
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that circumvents the normal manual betting process;
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment credentials to fund an Alpha88 account;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unwarranted payment disputes or chargebacks with payment providers against legitimate Alpha88 transactions;
• Money Laundering: Using Alpha88 for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or any form of impersonation;
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions that result in winings the Player would not otherwise have achieved.

All content on the Alpha88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface design, audio, video, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Alpha88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without express written consent;
• Modification, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works based on Platform software or content;
• Commercial use of any Alpha88 brand assets, including trademarks, logos, or game titles;
• Scraping, crawling, or systematic extraction of data from the Platform by automated means.

Unauthorised use of Alpha88 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Alpha88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature;
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by factors outside Alpha88's reasonable control, including network outages, payment processor downtime, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements on bonuses;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Alpha88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Alpha88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a7-day cooling-off period before taking effect;
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration notifications to manage time spent on the Platform;
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up reminders of time elapsed and funds wagered during active sessions;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, account access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

Alpha88 strongly encourages any Player who believes they may have a gambling problem to make use of these tools and to seek external support. All tools are accessible directly within the Player's account settings without requiring contact with customer support.

Alpha88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Player is engaged in or suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require such action;
• The Player has requested voluntary self-exclusion.

A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the Alpha88 customer support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding balance (net of pending bonus wagering) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC obligations.

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by Alpha88's determination — the Player's licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.

Alpha88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect the rights or obligations of Players — Alpha88 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Players through account notifications, email communications, or prominent on-site notices prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Alpha88 Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those changes. If a Player does not agree with the updated Terms, they must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14 above.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Alpha88 is operated. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Customer Support: The Player must first contact Alpha88 customer support via live chat and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. The support team will respond within 24 hours and attempt to resolve the matter within 7 business days;
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution is unsatisfactory, the Player may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute and supporting evidence;
• Step 3 — Final Decision: Alpha88 will issue a formal written response within 14 business days of receiving a complete formal complaint. This decision shall be final and binding subject to the Player's right to seek independent legal advice.

Alpha88 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws prior to registering and using the Platform.
